Ricard Hotel, owned by Hosteleria Ricard Provença S.C.P., with registered company number CIF J63210876 and registered office at Passeig Maritim,88 bis 08800 Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona, hereby informs Users of the website owned by Ricard Hotel of the conditions of access and use of this site.



1.- Access and use of the website of Ricard Hotel is subject to the general conditions set out here. The use of all web pages owned by Ricard Hotel implies full acceptance by the User of all General Conditions of Use applicable at all times the User accesses those pages. Ricard Hotel reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Use at any time.



2.- Intellectual and Industrial Property.

In the event that all or part of the content of the website of Hotel Avenida is considered illegal in countries outside Spain, access to it shall be prohibited as shall its use by Users. - Ricard Hotel reserves the right, at any time and without the need for prior warning, temporarily to suspend access to its website and to carry out the modifications that it considers appropriate to the website, services or information offered, the presentation or positioning of these and the terms covering access and use of the website of Ricard Hotel.

- All information received through this website shall be considered to be given to Ricard Hotel by gratuitous title.

- Ricard Hotel informs the User of his options for exercising rights of access, rectification, rejection and cancellation of the personal data held by Ricard Hotel pursuant to Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Data Protection and other legislation under development.
